At each monthly tasting, participants are provided a tasting sheet listing the featured wines . Retail prices are approximate and may be important in selecting favorites to purchase later. Eash tasting follows a theme such as "Italian Wines", etc. Programs are planned and put together by volunteer "members" of the group. For example, the Italian tasting was planned by Harry and Jo Windecker, the South African by Christine Tober, and the French tasting will be done by Ed Latham and Robin Wolfe.
